1.PARTIES
This membership agreement ("Agreement") has been drawn up between KUZHAN ANNE BEBEK PRODUCTS AND TOYS LIMITED COMPANY, located at 15 TEMMUZ MAH. BAHAR CAD. A BLOCK NO: 75-77 INTERIOR DOOR NO: 51 BAĞCILAR/ISTANBUL (hereinafter referred to as “ToyFlyer”),and the user (“Member”),to determine the conditions related to becoming a member of the KUZHAN ANNE BEBEK ÜRÜNLERİ VE OYUNCAK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ's website and/or mobile application and benefiting from the services and product purchases offered by ToyFlyer.com.
"Real or legal persons who fill out the full membership form on the site and are approved by ToyFlyer.com are registered as 'Member'."
ToyFlyer.com reserves the right to change, cease publication, or reorganize the services, products, artworks, any information, and data on the Site or extension of the Site, including the Terms of Use, without any prior warning or notice.
