How to Clean Toys? A Guide Based on Material | ToyFlyer

A single method of toy cleaning is not suitable for every material. Firstly, the manufacturer's care instructions should be checked.

Plastic Toys
Products that do not contain electronic parts can be wiped with warm water and suitable soap. They should be completely dried after rinsing.

Plush Toys
The washing temperature indicated on the label should be followed; the filling must not be used until completely dry.

Wooden and Electronic Toys
A slightly damp cloth should be used for wooden products; batteries should be removed from electronic toys and the product should not be submerged in water.

Toys that are used communally and those that are put in the mouth should be inspected more frequently; broken or peeling parts should be removed from use.
